Orders processed within 1-2 business days

Express 1-3 business days $16.95

 Free Shipping for Orders over $150

 

We endeavour to have your order packed & shipped within 1-2 business days.

 

Free Postage for orders totally $150 or more

- all orders that total more that $150 of our products qualify for free delivery within Australia

 

Orders less than $150

- all orders totalling less than $150 will be charged our flat rate shipping fee of $12.95 for standard delivery.

Free pick up available at our location in Uduc, Western Australia.

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery in the Harvey W.A Area.

International Orders

We are not currently shipping to areas outside of Australia

 

All shipping is with Australia post. Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an Australia Post tracking number

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

 

Please note: all orders are sent as authority to leave. Please ensure you enter an address that is safe to leave the parcel if no-one is home.

REFUND POLICY

Please choose wisely as we do not offer refunds due to change of mind.

Due to the nature of our products we must be as careful as possible and do not receive returned goods.

 

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged in anyway, please contact us immediately with your order numner and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defected, damaged or your have received an incorrect item. This way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Should you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately and we will try to rectify or cancel the order if possible.

We endeavour to process orders within 1-2 business days so there is only a brief period of time during which you may change or cancel an order.
